What It Is:

Modules is where you can build, structure, and set the flow of your course. You are encouraged to use the Modules area to add and design course content.

Why It's Awesome:

Modules help students
- stay on track
- follow material for your course and understand what to do even if they are absent for the day or YOU are absent for the day.Organize course content by weeks, units, or a different organizational structure.
Flexible structure: create Modules (think folders) in the way you regularly structure your course;
- by weeks, units, chapters etc.
- Elementary modules are sometimes organized by types of activities, resources, parent's corner, discussions, etc.
Flexible content: add Assignments, Quizzes, Pages, Files, Discussions, External URLs, External Tools(such as Google) and much more to each Module.
The use of Pages within a module provides context and direction for completing and accessing course work and materials.
Easy to customize: reorder your Modules and the individual items within the Modules with easy drag and drop interface. Put the most current module at the top and use those emoji's to bring it to life.
Create course flow: students see a "Next" and "Previous" navigation button to guide them through the items in each Module.
